empirical research study

The presentation is intended to help present the introduction to an empirical research study akin to the class ( senior seminar on aging). That is, you will present an introduction to a potential experiment of your choice related to the aging workforce based on prior research in the field. Your goal here will be to review and summarize relevant literature in the form of a 5 to 15-20 minutes recorded slideshow presentation. You will need five references minimum in your presentation, three of which must come from peer-reviewed, empirical journals. Start with the basics, defining Aging, aging workforce for your viewer and then summarizing research in the area that you decided to explore further. Your presentation should end with a potential hypothesis.
