A. The ability to build confidence is an extremely important mental skill. Whether it is in school, athletics, work, or your personal life, confidence is critical to your success. For this discussion, please think about different ways in which you can build your confidence. Please discuss the following:
1. Discuss an area of your life in which you would like to increase your confidence.
2. Identify 2–3 strategies you can use to enhance your confidence in these areas.
B. Momentum is an oft-debated topic within sport. Some people believe very strongly in momentum or “the hot hand,” while others think it is just a myth. For this discussion, please listen to the audio clip of Dr. Robert Weinberg on momentum
