treatment of a disorder

Write a discussion post that addresses how you would implement a study examining a new disorder and/or treatment. There are many issues you could discuss, but consider addressing some or all of the following questions/points: What type of research methods would you use? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the methods you chose? How would you determine if people had the disorder or not? How would you know they are getting better with your treatment? What ethical dilemmas would you face? How would you avoid some of the historical mistakes made in our field?
